Natural ways to improve your vision / Eyesight.
Do you ever wonder if you really needed glasses in the first
place? Or are you at a point now in your life where you are having a hard time
seeing small print and are considering glasses? As we age, one of the many
faculties of our bodies that diminish, if we do not look after it, is our
eyesight. The good news is that there are natural ways to improve eye vision
some of which involve the use of vision eye exercises.
The common types of vision problems include-
Myopia or
Nearsightedness. - Myopia is the inability to focus clearly upon distant objects.
Hyperopia ,or
Farsightedness. - Hyperopia is the inability to focus on objects at a close
range.
Presbyopia, or
Aging Vision. -Presbyopia is the hardening of the lens and tightening of the eye
muscles, often associated with aging. This inflexibility reduces the ciliary
muscle’s ability to change the shape of the lens to focus on near point
objects.
Astigmatism - is
the result of an unevenly shaped cornea. It can be caused by prolonged eye
strain.
I am confidant that you can restore your vision if you know
what to do and how to do it. Now
obviously your optometrist does not want you to know this as there is huge
profit in the eyeglasses industry that he/she would lose out on if you no
longer relied on glasses to see.
You should definitely check into this. Can you imagine what it would be like NOT to
have to rely on glasses to see? Imagine going into a store and being able to
read labels without having to dig in your “bottomless pit”, aka your handbag,
for you ladies, trying to find your glasses so that you can see?
From the research and reading I have done on this subject of
vision improvement without glasses, it appears to be a fact that the prolonged
use of eyeglasses only serves to dictate that you will continually need
additionally stronger glasses with time.
Therefore, to me, if I could find a way to improve my vision without the
use of eyeglasses then this would be the route I would take.
Not only would this save me a ton of money (eye tests,
lenses and frames) and frustration (broken or lost eyeglasses) but it would
simplify my life and put ME in control of my eyesight.
Some simple things you can do to benefit your eyesight are -
Diet – your diet is
critical in the health of your body and especially so when it come to your
eyes. No doubt you have heard about eating carrots for good eyesight and there
is truth to this. Other helpful foods to include in your diet are fruits and
vegetables. Be sure, at the very least, to include berries and green leafy
vegetables.

in protecting the strength of the retina. This is easily found in supplement
form.
