1. Herbal consumption for healthy skin

It is good to start in two ways, internal and external. For consumption, herbs such as Dandelion, Green tea, Yellow Dock, Milk Thistle, and Burdock Root will promote healthier skin since they work on the liver and clean the toxins.

Have some supplies of facial clays to make up the herbal skin care formulas you need. It is also good to have supplies of bulk herbs, essential oils, refined oil, and hydrosols.

3. Herbs for skin scrub

The scrub is important to clean your skin deeply, so the pores are clean and your skin looks smooth. To make herbal skin scrub, use 2 parts of facial clay, and 1 part for each of the herb ingredients. You can add or exclude some herbs in the following, just be creative or find herbs that are suitable for your specific need. The herbs to use are such as sea salt, dried Rose, Lavender, oatmeal, and cornmeal. Mix all together and keep in an airtight small container or jar. To use them, take some and mix with essential oils, Aloe Vera gel or extract, or warm water, then apply to your skin and face.

4. Herbs for moisturizer


You can take herbs that match with your skin condition. For dry skin, Aloe Vera may be the best choice. But if your skin is extra dry, use coconut oil to get a better result. Just apply the Aloe Vera gel/extract or some drops of coconut oil on your skin. It is very easy and yet works well.



5. Herbs for toner

Hydrosols are great to be used as toners, they are such as rosewater, orange blossom water, cucumber, lavender, rosemary, rose, chamomile, green tea, and lemon. Just steep in hot water overnight and strain, they are ready to use and make your skin look fresh instantly.
